Wow! Meal planning two weeks in a row! I must be on a roll. Some meals are going to be repeated this week because we cooked two batches or we just didn’t get to it last week. So, here goes!
Monday: Steak nachos with onion, tomato, cheese/side of mixed veggies
Tuesday: Grilled chicken lettuce wraps/baked potatoes
Wednesday: Lentil soup
Thursday: Broiled salmon/broccoli/roasted potatoes (we have a lot of potatoes!)
Friday: Dining Out
Saturday: Tilapia tacos/smoothies
Sunday: Grilled bbq chicken/rice/some sort of frozen veggies
