My Instagram feed was filled with meal prep pictures this past Sunday, while I’m over here like “I think I can make some eggs and toast. We’re good for a few more days!” I just couldn’t get it together to make a meal plan or get to the grocery store. I really do enjoy seeing all the meal prep pictures on Instagram on Sunday afternoons. It gives me some good ideas for meals and really helps to motivate me to try and do some prep for the week.
We came up with a pretty basic/easy meal plan for the week. I don’t assign a meal to a certain day, just planning out 6-7 meals a week. We pick what we want the night before. So this is what we are eating for the next week:
Mongolian beef over rice/broccoli
Spaghetti and meatballs/veggies
Sausage and caramelized onions/tater tots/smoothies
