Meal Plan Monday (4/9/18)

This is what is on the menu for the week:

Breakfast
Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, black beans
Berry smoothies
Pancakes

Lunch
Leftovers (I am planning to double all of the dinners so we definitely have enough for lunches)

Dinner
Beef barley vegetable soup
Chicken stir fry over cauliflower
Sausage, caramelized onions, broccoli
Chicken salad lettuce cups
Open faced chicken burgers
Loaded taco baked potatoes
Shrimp stir fry

We’ve changed it up a little this week and added some new meals, and some that we haven’t made in awhile.  I am also doubling all the dinners so we have plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.  What are you eating this week?
