Meal Plan Monday (4/16/18)

This is what’s on the menu this week:

Breakfast
Oatmeal
Pancakes
Eggs, sausage, smoothies

Lunch
Leftovers (I made double dinners last week so we had plenty for leftovers.  It worked really well and I plan to do it again this week)

Dinner
Spaghetti and meatballs
Homemade pizza (we’ve been liking this dough recipe)
Shrimp, baked potato, roasted broccoli
Breakfast – french toast and smoothies
Sandwiches and veggies
Tacos, yellow rice
Thai take out
