This week was quite a stock up week. We really only had sausage and rice to use in meals! Not even enough to make PB & J sandwiches. So, it was off to Aldi and a local grocery store to sock up. Here is what’s on the menu this week:
Egg, cheese, bread, bacon hash
Ham & cheese sandwiches, zucchini bites
Sausage, sauteed onions, pierogies
Breakfast and smoothies
Slow cooker beef stew, rice
Dinner out/take out
