Meal Plan Monday (week of 5/7/18)

So, we did a huge grocery run yesterday. I have never been good at meal planning for more than 7-10 days, but my husband wanted to go ahead and buy what we needed for two weeks! Sounded a little unrealistic for us, but I hope it ends up working.

This is what we are eating over the next two weeks:

Breakfast
Egg sandwiches
Avocado toast
Oatmeal
Cereal
Smoothies
Egg and bacon hash

Lunch
Leftovers
Rice bowls

Dinner (some of these meals will be eaten twice in the two weeks)
Taco bowls with ground chicken
Homemade pizza and zucchini crisps
Beef vegetable barley soup
Asian chicken burger
Chicken sausage with roasted broccoli
Shrimp tacos
Cauliflower cheddar bake and grilled chicken
Enchiladas
Salmon and veggies
Clean out the fridge night!
One dinner out
