Meal Plan Monday (6/11/18)

It’s been a few weeks since we’ve done a proper meal plan around here.  It’s just been so hectic the past two weeks and we’ve just been putting random things together for dinners.  This is what we have planned this week:

Breakfast
eggs, black beans and turkey sausage
toast with homemade strawberry jam
mushroom and spinach fritatta

Lunch
leftovers
quinoa salad (spinach, mushrooms, corn, cucumber, chicken sausage)

Dinner
sausage, pierogies and sauteed onions
crescent roll pizza
chicken tacos
meatball subs, cauliflower bake
enchiladas
loaded pasta salad (feta, tomatoes, onions, chicken sausage, mushrooms, chickpeas)
